Carol HarrisCarol Harris is the founder of Management Magic, an independent consultancy based in the UK specialising in the development of people and organisations. She runs in-house and open courses on a wide range of business and personal skills.Carol is the author of The Elements of NLP, NLP: New Perspectives and Think Yourself Slim (Element Books), co-author of How to Be Your Own Management Consultant (Kogan Page) and has produced the Success in Mind series of audiotapes on personal effectiveness. Carol is Chair of the Association for Neuro-Linguistic Program-ming and Editor of the Association’s magazine Rapport. She has a degree in Sociology and is a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultancy and the Institute of Personnel and Development.
