Start-up Training
Few people have any training in the specific stages/techniques of starting up a business, since training for start-ups is not on many school or college curricula.
This website, and several of Oak Tree Press' books (see Business Plans for a range of approaches to business planning, for example) attempt to fill the gap.
In addition, there are “Start Your Own Business” courses available from a variety of sources that may help (including Oak Tree Press). Some of these are linked to incubator programmes (see Incubator).
