The Custom House Docks Area, for which DDDA is responsible, comprises 1,300 acres between Fairview/North Strand to the Great South Wall, the junction of Ringsend/Sandymount and Butt Bridge.
DDDA has published a Master Plan for the Area, setting out its objectives for securing sustainable social and economic regeneration, improving the physical environment, developing new and existing residential communities, conserving architectural heritage, and improving the employment, training and education opportunities of those resident in the Area.
