One of the Area Partnerships funded by Area Development Management, as part of its Local Development programme.

Under its remit to encourage direct job creation, the Partnership has set up wholly-owned subsidiary companies that directly create jobs for long-term unemployed people. It also provides comprehensive services to individuals and groups planning to set up their own business, including subsidised workspace and business advice.

It also offers a Women's Enterprise Development Project to suport women in Louth who want to enter, or are already in, self-employment.
