The Food Innovation Centre is part-funded by the European Union under the LEADER+ programme, the Mayo County Enterprise Board and Enterprise Ireland. It provides support to tenants at the centre and to established companies and potential entrepreneurs throughout the region.
It is a joint venture between Moy Valley Resources, a community-owned enterprise development company and a sub-office of Meitheal Mhaigh Eo, and the North Connacht Farmers Co-operative (NCF).
