In association with City/County Enterprise Boards, the Young Entrepreneurs Scheme (YES) stimulates enterprise among second-level students aged 12-18. Students, either individually or in groups, create and operate their own mini-businesses, selling products or services to students or to consumers outside the school, for two/three months and participate in enterprise competitions within their schools. School winners advance to county-level and regional competitions and regional winners participate in the YES National Final.
Over 40,000 students to date have participated in YES.
