Aimed at improving rural and urban life, the ICA has about 1,000 guilds throughout the country where local women meet to exchange ideas, for instruction in home and farm management, and handcrafts.
Facilities for initiating home and small business, both individual and co-operative, with emphasis on high standard of craftsmanship, is an important aspect of ICA activity.
