Lisburn Enterprise Organisation is a Local Enterprise Agency and a member of Enterprise Northern Ireland.

Its Enterprise Centre offers office and workshop units, for start-up and small growth businesses. A Small Business Library has business support directories, and offers market research services.

LEO also undertakes consultancy projects, including business and marketing plans, economic research, feasibility studies and community economic development. In addition, it manages the Synergy Fund and the Seed Corn Fund Loan Scheme. It also operates the Synergy 2000 business angel network.
