The Smurfit School Hatchery at UCD is aimed at early stage development projects and the commercialisation of research. The Hatchery provides graduates of the Smurfit School with the time, funding, technology, know-how and network to leverage entrepreneurial skills and to test and prepare business.
Typically, grants of between €20,000 and €60,000 are available to graduates in their first year of a new start-up venture.
