The Northern Ireland Business Start Programme provides a package of support to anyone interested in setting up a business.

It offers:

  • A business advisory service
  • A training course
  • Financial planning service.

The programme is delivered free of charge by the Local Enterprise Agencies that are members of Enterprise Northern Ireland, the Belfast First Stop Shop and Enterprise North West. It is funded by Invest Northern Ireland, the 26 District Councils and the European Regional Development Fund.
