Trinity’s Research and Innovation Service promotes links between Trinity College researchers and business and industry. Its offices are located in the Innovation Centre in the O'Reilly Institute.

The Innovation Centre provides access to expertise in biotechnology and medical science, materials science, advanced computer science and telecomms, as well as national economics and business studies and serves as an incubator for campus companies that evolve from academic research.

Trinity also owns the TCD Enterprise Centre in Dublin.
