WCRC is a consortium made up of Údaras na Gaeltachta, Enterprise Ireland and local business representatives.
The project was conceived in the face of a need among micro-enterprises to adopt best practice models across the full range of their operations, in order to compete more effectively and develop their maximum potential. It developed a tailored system for the extension of Advanced Manufacturing and Management Techniques (AMMT) to micro-industries.
